Prior to co-founding Integral Partners, Brian spent 6 years as a Partner at Christifulli Companies. During his tenure, Brian spearheaded acquisitions, development, leasing and dispositions of new development and value add projects. In addition to acquisition and dispositions, he worked on the entitlement process for new developments across different asset classes. Additionally, he and the Christifulli team facilitated the purchase, sale, and lease transactions for several 3rd parties and outside clients. Preceding Christifulli Companies, Brian spent 10+ years at Macerich (NYSE: MAC), managing the leasing and development of power centers, regional malls, mixed use projects and peripheral assets nationally.

Prior to co-founding Integral Partners DJ spent two years as Junior Director of Development at Christifulli Companies where he was actively involved in the acquisition, financing, leasing, and development of high quality properties throughout Arizona. After graduating from Texas Christian University DJ received his Masters degree in real estate development from the esteemed MRED program at ASU's W.P. Carey School of Business.
Prior to joining Integral Partners, Nick gained commercial real estate experience at Marcus & Millichap and as an intern at Lee & Associates, where he developed a strong foundation in market research, underwriting, owner outreach, and transaction support. At Integral Partners, Nick focuses on sourcing and evaluating value-add industrial, IOS, and retail acquisition opportunities throughout the Phoenix market and select growth markets. Nick graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Management.
Kurt started his career in 2005 at DeRito Partners in Phoenix specializing in Landlord leasing and tenant representation for local, regional and national retail and restaurant companies. He continued to specialize in working with retailers and landlords, including working with new to market restaurant companies at SRS Real Estate Partners as well as Christifulli Companies. Today at Integral Partners he continues his tenant representation work with some of the fastest growing national companies including Dollar Tree stores inc and Culver's.
